This ruler has 5 different sizes that include the seam allowances. There is a bullseye to position the ruler to get the perfect fussy cut! Allows for perfect centering of a motif or squaring up a block. Works well for both right and left handed users with the numbers on each side. Sizes (unifinshed) included on the ruler are 1 1/2", 2 1/2", 3 1/2", 4 1/2", and 6 1/2". Ruler size measures 6.5"x6.5"
